- Communication data: messages you send us through WhatsApp, email or contact forms.
- Scheduling data: information you provide when booking a meeting through Calendly.
- Social media data: public profile information if you interact with our Meta accounts (Facebook/Instagram).

We use your personal data for the following purposes:
- To respond to your questions and information requests.
- To schedule and confirm diagnostic or kickoff meetings.
- To send you information about our services and commercial proposals.
- To improve the user experience on our website.
- To comply with legal and contractual obligations.
- To send marketing communications (with your prior consent).
- To analyze the performance of our advertising campaigns on Meta platforms.

Your data is processed on the following grounds:

- Performance of a contract: when processing is necessary to deliver the contracted services.
- Legitimate interest: to improve our services and communicate with you as a client or prospect.

- Calendly: for managing appointments and meetings.
- Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram): for advertising and campaign analytics.
- Google Analytics / Google Ads / Google Tag Manager: for traffic analysis and campaign measurement.
- Microsoft Clarity: to understand site usage through heatmaps and session recordings.
- Vercel: for hosting and operating the website.
- Email and CRM providers: for communications and commercial follow-up.
We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes.
6. Cookies and tracking technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to:
- Remember your browsing preferences.
- Analyze user behavior on the site (Google Analytics).
- Measure ad performance on Meta and Google platforms.
- Record in aggregate how the site is navigated, through heatmaps and session recordings (Microsoft Clarity).
- Show relevant content based on your interests.
About session recordings. They record cursor movement, clicks and scrolling to understand how the site is used. They do not capture what you type into form fields — that is masked automatically — nor sensitive data, and they are not linked to your identity.
You can configure your browser to reject cookies. However, some site features may stop working correctly.
7. Use of Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram)
We use Meta platforms to promote our services. In that context:
- We may use the Meta Pixel to measure conversions and on-site behavior.
- We may create custom audiences based on site visits or contact lists (anonymized or encrypted data).
- If you interact with our ads or pages on Meta, that platform may collect data under its own privacy policy: facebook.com/privacy/policy
- We never access private messages without your explicit consent.

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this notice, or for as long as applicable Mexican law requires. In general:
- Prospect contact data: up to 2 years from last contact.
- Active client data: for the duration of the contract and 5 years thereafter.
- Browsing data: up to 26 months (per Google Analytics).
9. Your rights (ARCO rights)
Under Mexico’s Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), you have the right to:
- Access: know what personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Cancellation: request deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary.
- Objection: object to the processing of your data for specific purposes.
To exercise your rights, email hola@strateia.mx with the subject "ARCO Rights", stating your full name and your specific request. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.
10. Data security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. That said, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We may update this Privacy Notice periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by publishing the new version on this page with its update date. We recommend reviewing this document regularly.
