By accessing and using the website of Strateia (strateia.mx) and its services, you accept these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any of them, we ask that you not use our services.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:
- "Strateia" refers to the company and its representatives, collaborators and services.
- "User" refers to any person who accesses the website or uses Strateia’s services.
- "Client" refers to a user who has entered into a services contract with Strateia.
- "Services" refers to the digital marketing, web development, CRM, automation and artificial intelligence services offered by Strateia.
- "Site" refers to the website available at strateia.mx and its subdomains.
2. Use of the website
By using this site, the user agrees to:
- Use the site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
- Not attempt to access restricted areas without authorization.
- Not transmit malicious content, spam or any material that interferes with the operation of the site.
- Not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit the site’s content without written authorization from Strateia.
- Provide truthful information when completing contact forms or booking meetings.
3. Services offered
Strateia offers consulting and implementation services in the following areas:
- Digital marketing and growth strategy.
- Website and online store development.
- CRM and automation implementation and management.
- Integration of artificial intelligence into commercial processes.
- Management of advertising campaigns on Meta, Google and other platforms.
- Data analysis and revenue attribution.
The specific conditions of each service are detailed in the contract or commercial proposal signed between Strateia and the Client.
4. Intellectual property
All content on Strateia’s website — including text, images, logos, icons, source code, the OVER™ Method and any other material — is the exclusive property of Strateia and is protected by Mexican and international intellectual property law.
- Reproduction of the content, in whole or in part, without written authorization is prohibited.
- The name OVER™ and its variants are trademarks of Strateia, registered or pending registration.
- Materials delivered to Clients as part of the services are governed by the terms of the corresponding contract.
5. Limitation of liability
Strateia does not guarantee specific results from the use of its services, as commercial performance depends on multiple external factors. In particular:
- We do not guarantee any specific level of sales, traffic or return on investment.
- We are not responsible for outages in third-party services (Meta, Google, payment platforms, etc.).
- We are not responsible for indirect losses arising from the use or inability to use our services.
- Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount paid by the Client over the last 3 months of service.
6. Payment terms
Payment terms apply as set out in the signed proposal or contract. In general:
- Setup or implementation payments are non-refundable once the project has started.
- Monthly fees are charged in advance at the start of each period.
- Late payment may result in temporary suspension of services.
- Prices are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN) unless otherwise stated.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared during the commercial relationship, including:
- The Client’s customer data, prospects or commercial strategies.
- Strateia’s proprietary methodologies, processes and tools.
- Any information explicitly marked as confidential.
This confidentiality obligation remains in force for 2 years after the commercial relationship ends.
8. Use of third-party platforms
Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms (Meta, Google, Calendly, among others). In that context:
- Use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and conditions.
- Strateia is not responsible for changes in the policies or operation of third-party platforms.
- Advertising accounts and digital assets created on behalf of the Client belong to the Client, unless otherwise agreed.
9. Termination of services
Either party may terminate the services relationship as stipulated in the contract. In general:
- 30 calendar days’ prior notice is required to cancel recurring services.
- Strateia may suspend or terminate services immediately in the event of non-payment or breach of these terms.
- On termination, the Client will receive their digital assets within the following 15 business days.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute arising from these terms, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mexico, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
11. Amendments
Strateia reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this site. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
